## How an engagement works
- Assess (weeks 1 to 2): we find where hours go and rank the AI wins worth building. The client gets a roadmap they own.
- Build (weeks 3 to 12): we build the top wins inside the client's stack. Their people test every piece and learn to run it.
- Partner (month 4 onward): we stay on as the client's AI team, improve what runs, and review results quarterly.

### Do we need a technical team?
No. We build, test, and document everything. Your operators learn to run it during the build, so nothing depends on an engineer you do not have.

### Will you replace the tools we already use?
No. We build inside Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and whatever else your team opens every day. People adopt what sits in their workflow.

### Who owns what you build?
You do. The code, the workflows, the API keys, and the documentation all stay with you, whether we keep working together or not.

### Is our data safe?
We use business-grade model providers that do not train on your data, and we can deploy inside your own cloud when the work calls for it.
