Who we are

Devi (devios.co) is an AI consulting and implementation business operated by Stellify Capital Group Inc. in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

AI assessment: when you finish the assessment and ask to see your results, we collect your name, work email, company name, your ten answers, your score and maturity level, the country your request came from, and your browser type.

Booking a call: when you book through the calendar on this site, Cal.com collects the details you enter, such as your name, email, and any notes. Cal.com shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.

Email: when you email us, we keep the message and your contact details.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, time on page, device type, and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.

How we use it

We use your assessment details to show your results, to follow up about them, and to prepare for any call you book. We use analytics data only to improve the site.

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not add you to a newsletter or marketing list unless you ask us to.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Assessment submissions are stored in a Cloudflare database. We send ourselves an email notice of each submission through Resend. Bookings are handled by Cal.com. Analytics are handled by Google. These providers may store data in the United States or other countries, and each follows its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep assessment submissions and emails while they are useful for our conversation with you, or until you ask us to delete them. Google Analytics keeps its data for the period set in our Google Analytics account.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, to stop analytics tracking.

Client data

During an engagement we may access your business systems to build and run AI solutions. Your data stays your property. We do not reuse or share client data, and we do not keep it after an engagement ends unless you ask us to.
