Devi (devios.co) is an AI consulting and implementation business operated by Stellify Capital Group Inc. in Ontario, Canada. By using this website you agree to these terms.

The website and AI assessment

The AI readiness assessment gives general guidance based on your answers. It is not legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation. Please give accurate details when you submit it, and do not enter confidential information in the form.

Content on this site, including case studies and results, describes past client work. Results depend on each business and are not a guarantee of future outcomes.

Services

Devi provides AI consulting, system design, implementation, and ongoing support. The scope, timeline, and cost of each engagement are set out in a separate written agreement signed before work begins. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

Ownership

You own what we build for you. All code, workflows, documentation, API keys, and system configurations created for you during an engagement are your property once paid for.

The content and design of this website belong to Devi. You may share links to it, but you may not copy it for commercial use without our permission.

Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential. We do not share your business data, processes, or systems with anyone outside our team without your written permission, during or after an engagement.

Liability

We stand behind our work and will fix issues that come from systems we built. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for decisions made based on our recommendations or on assessment results, or for outages of third-party tools.

Termination

Either party can end an engagement with 30 days written notice. If you end early, you keep all completed work, and we hand over everything in progress.
